The best way to read the C3 Diet is to start with each section at the top and read through each section in the correct order. Start with Introduction, and all of its sub chapters. Then move on to Digestion 101 and all of its sub chapters, then Nutrition 101, then C3 Diet, and continue on until you are done. Feel free to go back and revisit chapters to refresh your memory and get more tips. The troubleshooting section may be especially useful for people who run into roadblocks or fall off the diet.
